Response: Hi Karen, we provide blankets and straps free of charge but if you'd like to fully insure the item, it would need to be bubble wrapped which would cost 6GBP on top.

Question: Yes please would like to pay for the bubble wrap. So that would be a total of £70 with bubble wrap, blankets and straps and insurance? She said can do next week most times but not at school pick up or drop off times. So I'm guessing a lunch time pick up would be best. Please let me know. And how does payment work? - (13-04-2017)

Response: HI there, that's great, thank you - we will add the packing service to the invoice later on. Now you'll need to accept our quote and pay a small site fee. After this is done we can exchange details and proceed with the arrangements. We will call both parties with 2 days notice to confirm the exact date and time slot. You would book an economy service, which means that we can do the job within 10 days but we're usually done within a week.
