Question: The item is a 2-seater leather sofa. It is not packed or protected in any way. Is this suitable for you to transport without damage?

I can arrange for another adult to be available at collection/drop-off to help lift the sofa. The collection may need to be outside of office hours or it may be possible for the person to leave work for 30 minutes to meet the driver at the property. Is this OK?

Response: Hi Kevin, we're happy to take unpacked items but they cannot be insured. If you'd like us to bubble wrap it, it would cost 8GBP on top and it would be fully insured against damage. We do evenings and weekends at no extra charge so no worries with the collection.
