Further information: Dear Customer, our vans staffed with professional porters, who will be happy to serve you the best possible way! The vans are fully equipped with tail-lifts and trolleys, blankets, straps etc. Each van has one driver/porter. If your item is fairly heavy and/or stairs are involved, you will need to provide help for our driver at both ends. Packaging with blankets and wrapping film (if will be necessary) is included FREE OF CHARGE.
