- Full tracking and live tracking on the day
- Basic insurance cover (up to 100 GBP for packed goods ONLY!)
You can upgrade the following:
- Packing service (from 20 GBP per item)
- 2 man service (20 GBP per side)
- Outside working hours collection/ delivery (10 GBP per side)
- Lifting through floors (5/10 GBP per floor)
- Direct collection to delivery, no warehousing (60 GBP)
- Insurance to the full value of the item(s) if well wrapped/covered (3% of the item value)

This job is to collect a and deliver a two-seater sofa. We can definitely help you at the delivery end, I will make enquiries to see if we can get help for you at the collection, I'm sure the answer will be yes.
This is an ebay auction ending this evening (Sunday 3 July). I will contact you again when we have won the auction and confirmed there will be someone at the other end to help with the lifting.

I've now won the ebay auction so the sofa is in Windsor awaiting collection. The current owner is very happy to help your driver lift it into you vehicle. What is the best way to co-ordinate this? Maybe when you know you what day you will be collecting so then I can pass that along?

Sorry you will not be collecting the sofa today - you were told REPEATEDLY that the current owner is going away for a week starting tomorrow so why on earth offer to collect tomorrow evening?????
You WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COLLECT during the period 9 JULY to 16 JULY. DO NOT ATTEMPT to collect during this period.
You will have to re-schedule collection AFTER 16 JULY.
You said you were going to collect today, and you have failed, so I am very disappointed that you have not been good to your word.
Please acknowledge receipt of this message and that you fully understand what I have told you about the dates when you will able to collect.
