Good Afternoon,
I just wanted to bring you up to speed regarding the availability of the Renault Scenic. The garage has notified me that they are finishing the work on it Tuesday, meaning it will be available for collection from Wednesday onwards. If you could give me an idea of your delivery dates/times then I can ensure that someone is available in Dunblane to check/collect the car.
The contact email for the garage is [email protected] and they have requested that you present my driver’s license as a means of identifying yourself when collecting the car. I've tried sending it as an attachment via email to [email protected] and it is failing to send. Could you confirm the email address please (or maybe offer an alternative).
The registration is SC03 MXF. I’ll be in touch with the garage to confirm the readiness of the car, but would appreciate if you could also be ‘in the loop’ so that it can be sorted as smoothly and promptly as possible.

I was just wanting to check that you are receiving my correspondence - I didn't get a response to the previous message so just wanted to check.
The garage has told me that the car should be available tomorrow, but I'm awaiting final confirmation of this.
Do you contact the garage to sort out collection or does it all need to go through me? Being out in Africa, it's a little problematic to phone 'home' so if you are happy to call the garage and sort out a suitable time for collection that would be a huge help to me.
