Question: Hi
30kgs for this size pallet is very low as pallet is around 5-10kgs on own so please confirm what goods are and if weight is correct - also advise zip code for delivery in states ?

Response: Hi, I'll be shipping a PS3, games and blu-rays (around 30 in total), a mountain bike and around 10 hardback books. I have probably been a little on the low side as I had to estimate off the top of my head. This is also the first time I've had to ship anything abroad so I'm not sure how to go about it exactly. no problem we are here to help so ask any questions you have! the mountain bike will not fit nicely on a pallet so we must bear this in mind when quoting also it will be non stackable as the last thing you will want is someone else's cargo loaded on top of yours in the cntr ! I will work a few things out and give a price but it will be worst case price as we can only quote on what we know now - thus I should be able to save you a bit once we know more

Response: Thank you so much! I could do with someone talking me through it since I'm clueless about it. Do I need to purchase packaging elsewhere or do you provide this? Also, would it be necessary to take the front wheel, pedals, etc. off the bike?

Question: No problem we will guide you through it all, we could provide packaging etc but we would do it at whs - so essentially you would just need to box the loose items in a strong cardboard box/boxes and then the bike we would have loose with wheels as is - unfortunately I can't contact you or give you contact details until booked but here to message you - If I don't reply don't panic as working hours I am norm on here :)
