We are a family run courier business that is new to this site. We pride ourselves on an excellent level of customer service and we try our best to meet customers requirements and expectations. We always put forward the bet quote we can and for larger items base this on there being assistance at both locations. Being on other load sites we have received excellent feedback from the jobs we have completed. We have transported many things from small parcels, musical instruments, furniture, bicycles, car parts and antiques and other fragile goods. We look after your goods with exceptional levels of care and can do blanket wraps or packaging if required. An additional service we can offer is paying for collections in cash on your behalf and having a BACS payment option.

We are a nationwide courier service moving everything from antiques and valuables, to furniture and electrical goods. We work using online services like this, and for a large number of private customers. PLEASE READ BEFORE ACCEPTING THE BID: Please complete the details in full when accepting the job - we do require the full name and address, along with a mobile telephone number for the collection and delivery locations. Once a bid is accepted we email you to confirm the job is being booked in and all the details covering the booking. Please note that our office works Mon-Fri 9-5, and when bids are accepted, it can take up to 24 working hours before we email you the booking confirmation and invoice. Once the sales order and information email are sent, payment is due by bank transfer or Paypal in advance (please note Paypal payments do incur a fee). We text/call the opposite location for the job with a sales order number and our details and send out a reminder text message the night before collections/deliveries. The driver does call about an hour before arriving on the day and on the day you are provided with their number for direct contact. We can also leave your item in an agreed location, like a garage or porch, by prior arrangement. The drivers do work early mornings and later in the day so please advise us if the collection or delivery is required within business hours. We are not able to give time windows on flexible bookings unless you wish to pay for this service. This also applies to evening or weekend deliveries as we do charge a premium for these. A sales order sheet is used to make notes on collection/delivery about the item/s being transported. Photos may be taken for our records. If items are larger than one man can carry, assistance will always be required as we only have one person on each vehicle. Additional assistance can be employed for you job if required but this is chargeable. All items are blanket wrapped and strapped in transportation for protection but additional shrink wrap or bubble wrap services are available. If for some reason a delivery or collection is failed through no fault of ourselves, there is an additional fee for this. All jobs are insured up to £100 each so let us know should you require additional insurance and we will provide you with a quote (Mattresses are not covered on our insurance unless they are fully wrapped for transport). Insurance does not cover the cost of the courier service. For flexible bookings it can take up to 3 weeks to complete as we give the best price for the flexibility, but we do always aim to get all jobs done as quickly as possible (normally a week). Refunds for cancelled jobs are based on our cancellation policy.
