This is a little complicated - as I am making the booking, but others involved in the project will be your point of contact once the booking has been made. Below is all the information I have on pick up/drop times and items for removal.

Could you contact Neil Thompson for a full inventory and to discuss in more details.

I am having to wait for a colleague to complete the booking process tomorrow. We will also need a VAT receipt when the booking is made.

09.00 - 09.30 Arrive at knowtrash store near Uckfield, East Sussex, and start to load, heaviest items first, under curators' supervision

11.30 - 12.00 Complete loading exhibition elements and protect with blankets and lashing straps

12.00 - 17.00 Drive including via M25 and on to Nottingham, one person to remain with lorry at all times during stops, 4-5hrs likely journey time

17.30 - 19.30 Unload at Broadmarsh to both grotto lock-up and to shop unit through rear access, under local supervision

There will also be text panels for the library, vinyls etc.

We will produce a detailed inventory of these elements and of the artefacts for exhibition once we have done our site survey and refined the content all the exhibitions.
