Question: please provide list of all items to be moved - shipping.options (16-09-2015)

Response: All my clothes, bags, shoes, one TV (being the biggest item, 80 cm diameter), other than that I have small kitchen appliances (kettle, toaster, juicer, some jars and about 5 pots and pans). All would be personal items, no furniture, but I do have lots of clothes, enough to fit in a double wardrobe and 2 big chests of drawers, plus my shoes, about 50 pairs and the towels, bedding etc.
Would you supply the boxes? How much would it cost?

We supply boxes, I believe 15 to 20 large boxes would be ok for this load.
Boxes are FREE.

I have to tell you that I got several other quotes, not only on this website, and yours seem to be the most expensive one, can you advise what the difference might be between you and the others?

Also, are you charging anything else, or is this the final price, inclusive of anything else?
Are the boxes included in the pricing?

Question: Yes boxes are included in the quote, are price reflects the service we provide, your items are the only shipment that will be in my van , not threw in with a multitude of other stuff from other people, the choice is yours, if you do go for another quote make sure that there's no hidden charges.

Response: Where are you based? How easy it will be for you to pick up from Chelmsford, and also if I would need some help packing the day before, would this be free of charge? What if I need less or more boxes? Though I do not think I will need more, as for one bed flat I would assume that 20 should be enough.

And how big are the 20 big boxes? I think I will need 20, is that an issue?
Can I get the boxes delivered one week prior, so I have enough time to pack everything?
And any chance of getting some bubble wrap for my fragile items? :)
Do you have any charges other than the 690 GBP?

I am of course upset as you were my favourite!! Now i have to go with someone else, who I had less questions for, and that does not make me happy as I like when I get the quick response, like you did. And because of that I was prepared to go for the higher bid. And because of that I had more questions. :)

Question: For so little 2 days of planning is a bit to much Emilia, like you said there's no furniture or heavy stuff just boxes, like i said i could of provided the boxes, more if needed lol, i could of arranged to help you pack if needed lol, the time frame of delivery was provided, the reason why my bid was the highest was provided lol, so you can understand were im coming from.

Just one thing make sure there is no hidden charges with other providers and go with someone who does not sell your items on to another delivery company. John - uk-ireland (18-09-2015)
