Question: Can you confirm what needs moving or is it just the few bits listed

Response: Hi,

It was a bit hard to explain exactly on the website what I have to be moved. To better explain......No large pieces of future - two small bedside tables, one dining chair, one medium plastic crate, one desktop computer, one guitar, two medium hand drums, 2 suitcases, 1 medium bag, 1 small bag, duvet, maybe 1 medium cardboard box, maybe some miscellaneous items e.g. coats. As I am yet to pack up my room it is not the easiest to estimate. Ideally I would be looking for collection on the 27th/28th August but some other dates are possible, delivery time generally flexible. Do let me know if this would change your quote.

Your quote seems really reasonable - I'd just like to ask a couple of questions. I assume the quote is fully inclusive of fuel, insurance any expenses etc. Could you also send me the details of your insurance so I can check that everything would be covered.

Do you think you would be able to collect between 26th-28th August and deliver between 2nd-5th September?

Any other information you are able to send me (such as contact details - name, address, phone number) would be appreciated.

Question: The price quoted is the price you pay no hidden extras
packing is down to you and a hand loading and unloading would be needed
I can't send insurance until you have booked me as site will not allow me to do this
I'm covered fully for removals up to £50000 the Web site holds a proof of insurance for me as I'm accredited on this site which means I have proven my insurances
as for the dates that's plenty of notice so that will all be fine
