(sorry, but I am a very new user) Have you evere done transports between Switzerland and the UK? Do you know if there is any custom paperwork to be done? My girlfriend and I are transporting a limited amount of things, a big heavy table with chairs and other things, I have estimated that it is the equivalent of a 1 room flat. But I might have forgotten a couple of small things, but for sure not more furniture. We also carry 4 bikes with us, 2 of them are pricy and very important to us and we are looking for a professional that can take extra care of them. What are your thoughts about this things? I have transported from swiss many times and as long as you are not permenantly exporting swiss goods and they are personal items then there are no taxes to pay, however there is a road tax of around 55 euros for the vehicle to load in Switzerland which is payable on the border upon entry. I also take pride in looking after other peoples items and can assure you of great care with all your goods. what dates are you looking for and is the inventory correct? The Inventory is quite exact,although I cannot tell you exactly how many boxes and luggages there will be. But for sure there will not be any more big furniture. But we can then discuss about this on the phone. WOuld you require us to use "your" boxes for packing the stuff are would we be free to use our own once? I am awaiting for another quotation today, but I am very positive about your bid. I would just like to ask you for a couple of hours of patience before I accept the bid.
