Question: Hi James, Before I place my bid can you please answer a few questions so I can provide an accurate quote with no hidden charges,
1. Can you confirm the list on here is at least 95% accurate?2. What are the moving dates ?3. Do you require storage or can it be delivered after the collection? 4. what is the postcode in both countries?5. I will place a bid for 1 man/1van will you help at both ends or do you require a porter? 6. do you require a packing/dismantling service? 7. What are the approx. sizes of the boxes and contents? 8. Can the 3 triple wardrobes be dismantled for delivery (this will save space and money) if not then can we fill them with boxes when in the van?
If you can please provide me with as much information about this move it will ensure I give you the best possible all inclusive bid.

Thanks for your mail.
(1) My issue is I don't know how large the boxes are on the website. Broadly we don't have much stuff with clothes for 2 people, 1 set of Kitchen stuff (cutlery, plates, etc), tv, armchair, small table and 4 chairs, 1 triple IKEA wardrobe and a book shelf roughly 2.5m long.
(2) Moving around 7/8th November exact dates to be confirmed
(3) No need for storage the items can be delivered on collection - we are currently looking for a flat to move into
(4)My flat is NW3 3QX, in Madrid the new flat will be in the centre but still to be confirmed
(5) what does the porter do?
(6) This would be nice depending on costs?
(7) See description in (1)
(8) Yes they can be dismantled. To be honest I am happy not to take these if it is a big issue.

Thank you for your reply, I will answer your questions that you are unsure of,
1. Boxes are various sixes from approx. 30" x 30" x 30" then 40x40x40 then 50x50x50 if you give me an idea how many and of what size I can work on this?
2. A porter is a second person who will help load/unload but this will come at an extra charge?
3. Packing service is also an added extra, to be honest with the goods you have to move it wouldn't warrant you having this done as it is expensive but this is your choice?
4.Will you need us to dismantle the wardrobes when we arrive or will you have them ready to go? (if they are old this may become a problem due to how they are made)
Please let me have your thoughts to the above then I will quote to collect around the 7th/8th Nov and deliver ASAP in Madrid (please let me know when you have a date and postcode in Madrid)

(1) I find this really hard to estimate. We have clothes for 2 people then about an average amount of stuff for a 1 bedroom flat. As an estimate I would say it would be around 15 large boxes.
(2) No need for Porter
(3) No need for packing service
(4) Leave out the wardrobes for now
