Question: Hi, before I place a bid can you let me know the size and contents of the boxes along with the size of all the other items, the more information you give me will ensure the best possible price, rather then some companies that quote then add on prices before the delivery our price is the final price for the listed goods.

Question: This is for a FULL DIRECT van 20 cubic meters, 1000kgs weight. Bigger than the luton or transit vans so you have extra space FREE at no extra charge. ANY date that you require Monday - Saturday Loading, delivery can fall on a Saturday and Sunday on a direct van.
Our price is a little higher however we have bigger vans to than the lower bids and we include all the extra charges so no hidden costs.
We need you to come back to us very quick or accept the BID quick so we can then speak to you direct and reserve this van for you.

If you do have a target price, please advise by negotiating and using the correct directions on your listing.

I will move a 26" TV, a home theatre (5 loudspeakers + dvd player) and optionally, depending on how much the impact would be on the final price, 3 three pieces of furniture (1 nightstand, 1 large chest of drawers and 1 shoes rack). Otherwise, items to move are mainly clothes, kitchenware, shoes and small items.

Thank you for the message, just to confirm I will quote you to move 9 large boxes a 26" TV, a home theatre (5 loudspeakers and dvd player) then a second quote for the same but with 1 nightstand, 1 large chest of drawers and a shoe rack as extra.
I see from your quote you are after a packing service, this is ok as long as parking restrictions are not going to be a problem especially in London, it might be easier and definitely cheaper if the boxes were ready when we collected should you give us the job?
I will start work on a quote now but please let me know about the packing service, also whilst waiting for a quote prior to accepting any bid please give me the opportunity to give you a quote as I believe I can beat all prices.

yes, I am interested in the professional packing service so that I'll make sure that my stuff will be properly packed and protected for the shipment. From previous experience, the packing job shouldn't take more than two hours having two operators working.

No problem, as cost is important have you still got boxes available from the move previously or are you requiring approx. 9 average size removal boxes for your goods?
We obviously provide the wrapping but rather then charging for boxes you have already it makes sense to at least ask?

I am looking at a budget up to £1,200 max for the move, including the packing, shipment and delivery. I can certainly take care of packing part of the good (i.e. Clothes and Shoes in suitcases), however I'd like to get the packing service for the TV and the other house-ware.

As mentioned, I am happy to leave behind the 3 pieces of furniture that I mentioned in my previous email if that helps keeping the cost within the budget.

Question: Hi Dino, my original quote was higher as we were looking to do the job and deliver straight away and the ferry/tolls etc all meant this was higher, then I came to understand that timing were slightly flexible for the delivery which let me find a cheaper alternative route so my price was reflected towards this and I passed on the discount to you, the lower price is all inclusive and this is total price you will pay, I did say that should you have any more boxes then on the day we could have a gentlemen's agreement for the extra but this wouldn't be a lot anyway, to be honest your boxes alone are nearly the space the other company is quoting let alone your other goods.
