Also, the 3 seat sofa, ottoman/foot stool, dining table, and patio chairs are from ikea and I intend on breaking them down in to their almost original flat pack shapes.
The bed is 160cmx200cm mattress and pillow top only, no base/s.
This could see a reduction in the space required, what do you think?

We are about ready to accept but just want final confirmation, the bid is £1150 inc vat for 8cbm, with price being adjusted pro rata by £143.75 inc vat per cbm more used or not used?
