Does your quote include packing charges? Is VAT included in your price? What kind of vehicle will you supply? Will packing be done the day before the move or on the day? Karthik - (07-05-2013) Response: Hi Karthik, We are available on both days, packing is usually completed the day before the move, but we can come earlier in the morning, say 07:00am to start packing and loading the vehicle. Our quote includes packing charges and VAT. Until a bid is accepted, I am unable to book any vehicles, but we have 7.5 ton vehicles, along with Luton's. If a bid is accepted then we will provide the required vehicles to move all your items, whether we provide 2 luton vehicles, the price would remain the same. Question: Hi, for this quote we will supply you with 3 men to do all the lifting and a large 7.5tonne truck for all your items you have listed will fit in one trip ( a large moving lorry not a van ). Is the 21/05/13 a confirmed date? Regards Bob - bgpmovers (03-05-2013): Response: Hi, thanks for getting in touch. The date is not confirmed yet but it will be sometime in the week beginning 20th May. We are hoping to confirm the tenancy agreement this weekend. Please can you let me have your insurance details, packing charges, VAT etc. Also, can you let me know where you are based?

Question: Hi yes we do have insurance 20k GIT. We offer a packing/dismantling and reassembling service which includes two packers and all materials will be provided, which is carried out the day before the removal at a price of Â£50.00 per hour. (We will leave it for you to decide how much packing you require us to undertake). All our price are all inclusive no hidden charges. We are based in West Brom. I am satisfied that your truck plus three men would be adequate for our needs but packing charges are slightly on the higher side.
