As detailed in the user agreement, it is strictly prohibited to detail any direct contact information within your profile section, or when communicating with a user. It is also forbidden to direct users off-site for the purpose of completing a transaction.

User and transport provider contact details are only exchanged once a user has accepted a transport providers quote / bid. Abuse of this policy could result in account closure.
