Once you have submitted a bid or quote, you can answer any questions a customer may have, in one of two ways:

Please note, as detailed in the user agreement, it is strictly prohibited to detail any direct contact information when communicating with a user. It is also forbidden to direct users off-site for the purpose of completing a transaction.
User and transport provider contact details are only exchanged once a user has accepted a transport providers quote / bid. Abuse of this policy could result in account closure.
