Hello, I don't think there is a problem any day for collection or delivery but I would need to do a final check of your proposed day with the seller prior to booking. The seller is happy to help manoeuvre the cooker but has said he thinks a tail lift would be needed, it weighs 214kg. If you don't have one it may well be a 2 man job but you would probably have a better idea than me, what do you think? Paul. - (25-02-2017)

Hi Paul, we have a luton van with tail lift and we can collect it on Friday, but the delivery will be within 2, 4 business days with a notice a day before arrival. Our manager will contact the seller directly a day before to schedule the pick up time that suits us both. If te seller will help us, then one driver is ok. If it suits you go ahead and accept us. If you could please give me as much notice of delivery day as possible as I will have to fit it in around work. The cooker has been collected but I received the following from the seller:
Hi Paul
Couriers have just collected cooker.
Cooker was loaded without any damage.
However I am a little concerned as they were trying to rush loading it and I had to constantly tell them to slow down and take more care and if I hadn't have been there to intervene I dread to think how they would have handled it.
My wife has wrapped the cooker up with bubble wrap and Clingfilm and she has taped two signs on top stating not to lift cooker by the handle at the front. I did offer them a pallet to put in on to make offloading easier, one of the couriers wanted to do that but the other one couldn't be bothered. We have taken loads of before photos should the need arise (hopefully it won't) I also informed the office that in reality although it is one cooker there are two items and not to forget to deliver to you the plinth. I hope everything goes well with the delivery but do keep a very very close eye on how they do it as they try to rush everything.

Hi Paul, I'm sorry for this situation. Most probably we have a lot of order to do and that's why the guys were in rush. We have a good experience to move cooks, pianos, heavy items and we are working very carefully, All items are covered with the blankets and fixed with the straps in order to avoid any damages.
