Question: Hi these are eBay items, they are going to bubble wrap them that end but not sure how much help they will be able to offer getting onto van. It's a dining table & 6 chairs.Is that going to be a problem?

Response: Hi Emma, we could collect it on Thursday this week but Owen would be on his own so we would need the gentleman to lend a hand if possible. It may be possible to deliver the same day but at this point I can't guarantee it. We are a small family business and we work on spokes out of London so the collection point would be part of our London - Bristol return trip whereas you would be part of our London - North return trip! Now, if we don't have too much work on Thursday it may be possible to make a diversion as a gesture of goodwill but realistically it may be that delivery to yourself might be Tuesday the 20th when we head up North. Question: I'm sorry but this is getting more & more complicated. This is an eBay sale so the seller wants minimal input. He's leaving the items outside his house on Thursday so I don't think it's going to work with your company, sounds like a need a 2 man service, or a Saturday pick up but you can't do either so I'd better leave it.
