Question: Hi, this item will need collecting from a hotel, I have the contact of the maintenance person. Will you need help loading? I can provide assistance on unloading.
I have seen that you have many positve reviews and a handful of negative reviews. Please can you promise that nothing will be placed on top of it during transport?

Please let me know so I can go ahead and book. I read that it was cash on delivery is that correct?

Response: hi, if there is help loading and unloading we will be able to get the job done sooner as we are currently working on 10-14 days for a two man van to have any space. all items are blanket wrapped for protection and strapped to prevent movement, nothing is ever stacked on items like sofas as they are susceptible to damage, of the two negative reviews we have the first is perfectly just as it was the very first job one of our drivers did and it was in a tight location and caught the banister, this left a very slight scratch in the side of the fridge, the customer was refunded for the job in full and also received compensation for the damage, the second bad review also a fridge, was not damaged by us it was a case of the item not being in the condition he expected from the seller who was storing it in an outdoor shed with tools and machinery.

We don't accept cash on delivery due to our insurance now stating all insurance is void if our drivers carry cash, however we invoice through paypal which gives you full buyer protection - (03-07-2015)
