Question: The Goods were to be removed from Cardiff and delivered to Birmingham. Despite my numerous calls (most of them not answered) and SMS (only 1 was replied out 5 sms from us) i was told that this morning 9 am your guy will collect the goods.. Later on I got an sms that VAN brokedown. Delivery was due at University of Birmingham around 3 pm.
