Please could you advise the dimensions of the crate, Also is this to be moved by Air or Sea freight?

Response: Packed dimensions are 2.2m x 1.7mH x 6.7m. (2.0m x 1.435m x 6.5m, 12 tonnes unpacked).

Quote requested for air-freight due to time constraints but alternate sea-freight may be quoted also.

Can you tell me when it needs to be there by?
I will start the ball rolling but to be honest with you it will involve a great deal of work to calculate a rate for Air freight. If your customer is just going to say no send it Sea freight, I would rather just quote on the Sea freight if agreeable with yourself.

Response: We are still negotiating the contract. Our client wants delivery in 40 weeks but we need 48 weeks to manufacture.

I cannot say whether they will be willing to pay the extra for air freight in order to reduce the transit time but I would like to be able to offer them the option.

Question: Please clarify which is the Length, width and height of the dimensions you have quoted. Will the case be skidded or have lifting points on it? - FrankFox (23-03-2010)

Response: The pumpset baseplate has lifting points but I assume that it needs to be packed in a crate in which case slings or will be used.
Packed dimensions are 2.2m Wide x 1.7m High x 6.7m Long.
