The size given it that the overall cbm,quote will be based upon 100kilos unless you can provide individual weights and sizes, freight is calculated on the dead weight or volume if greater.

The guitar is packed in a standards guitar case. what would be the cheapest alternative e.g. airport to airport? suitcases will roughly be around 20kg each, sports bags will be around 10-15kg, 3 boxes will be no more than 10kg each. hope this helps.

Please let me know the nearest airport
you would like goods consigned.
Also I can get a collection price ex Newport in the Uk but you could save your self some money by delivering items up to us at Gatwick.

Response: yes that would be ok, if it helps with the price. if it is cheaper to do that then i would be willing to take the items up to the airport myself. i intend to fly from gatwick airport. however the nearest airport would be bristol. could i get a quote with this in mind?

Sorry I meant nearest major destination airport to you in Bragg Creek.
There are no freight consolidated air prices ex Bristol,though it may be possible to have the goods trunked up from Bristol airport up to Heathrow.

nearest airport would be Calgary (YYC), there has been a change to the taking of the goods. the electric guitar will not be going with us now.
what would be the cheapest possible quote and scenario?
